he Morley Steve Vai Bad Horsie 2 Contour Wah is a dual-mode, switchless optical wah pedal designed in collaboration with guitar virtuoso Steve Vai.
Description
The Bad Horsie 2 builds on the original signature design by adding a second, foot-switchable Contour Wah mode.
  • Switchless Operation: Simply step on the pedal to engage the wah effect, and step off to bypass it. There is no mechanical footswitch to click on the treadle.
  • Dual Modes: The standard Bad Horsie mode uses Steve Vai's preferred sweeping tone. The Contour mode lets you engage a secondary voice via a side footswitch, using two extra control knobs to reshape the sound.


  • Optical Design: This optical design also means there are no pots to wear out, ensuring consistent performance and long-term reliability. It prevents scratchy sounds over time.
  • Buffer Circuit: Equipped with a premium Clear-Tone/TrueTone buffer to maintain your guitar's signal integrity and prevent tone loss across long cable runs.
  • Build: Housed in rugged cold-rolled steel with a glow-in-the-dark treadle grip and toe-end logo.
