1983 Ibanez X Series RR150 Flying V Guitar w/ Double Cream V2 Pickup
Take a ride back to 1983 with this vintage Ibanez X-Series RR150 Flying V—a radical reinterpretation of the classic Gibson shape, blending that unmistakable rock attitude with Fender-inspired design touches. This Japanese-made beast sports a striking deep red finish, cream binding, and a single high-output V2 humbucker for those searing leads and fat rhythm tones. The Strat-style tremolo bridge ensures smooth, expressive dives and returns, while the lightweight V body feels incredibly comfortable, thanks to subtle ergonomic contours. The maple neck is a player’s dream—equipped with dot inlays, a classic 6-in-line headstock, and a buttery-smooth maple fingerboard that’s been meticulously maintained. The frets have been polished to a high shine and are in excellent condition, providing effortless low action and clean playability from top to bottom. Whammy bar not included. This listing comes with a hardshell case.
