Rental Terms & Conditions
(Microphones & Guitar Amplifiers)

By checking the box or clicking “I Agree,” you ("Renter") confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to the following terms and conditions of renting equipment from Lonestar Music Depot
("Lessor"):

1. Equipment Rental
● The Renter agrees to rent microphones, guitar amplifiers, or both, as listed in their rental order.
● Equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition in which it was received,
excluding normal wear and tear.

2. Payment Terms
● Full rental payment for the agreed rental period is due at the time of receiving the equipment.
● If the Renter returns the equipment before the scheduled return date, they will be refunded for
the unused rental days.

3. Security Deposit
● A 10% refundable deposit based on the retail price of each item is required at the time of
rental.
● The deposit will be refunded in full if the equipment is returned on time and in undamaged
condition.
● If the equipment is returned damaged, the deposit will be forfeited.
● If the equipment is not returned, the Renter will be charged the full retail price of the item(s).

4. Late Returns
● If the equipment is returned after the scheduled return date, the Renter will be charged:
○ The rental rate for the additional days, plus
○ A $10 late fee per item per day.

5. Credit Card Authorization
● The Renter authorizes Lonestar Music Depot to keep their credit card on file until the equipment
is returned in acceptable condition.
● The card may be charged for:
○ Late return fees
○ Additional rental days
○ Lost or unreturned equipment
○ Damages that result in deposit forfeiture

6. Equipment Condition & Inspection
● Equipment is inspected and tested prior to each rental.
● Upon return, a condition check will be conducted.
● Renter is responsible for reporting any issues with the equipment within 24 hours of receiving it.

7. Liability
● The Renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
● Lonestar Music Depot is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of rented
equipment.

8. Governing Law
● These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Lonestar Music Depot operates.
